Garage Door Day!!!

On January 9th at 2pm we are bringing out Overhead Garage Door Company to work on a few of our warehouse garage doors and keypads.
Recently we discovered a few of our key pads on the warehouses we own were not working. The reason is that the 9 volt battery had gone bad in the keypad. Once the battery goes, the key pad loses the combination. To regain use of your keypad, you must install a new battery as well as press a button on your door motor which is located at the top of your warehouse. After you have done that, you have 45 seconds to reprogram your keypad.
It can be a large task to say the least. If your pad has already gone bad, you can ask Overhead Door to assist you on the 9th at 2pm or if your battery is still good, you may want to swap it out with a fresh one.

Recently we were made aware of an idea on boosting our security. After we looked into it, we decided it was a great idea so we installed 2 new cameras. We always want to make sure we are providing the best protection for your cars, luxury coaches, boats, businesses, and/or any other amazing thing you have in your warehouse.

So most of you probably don’t know that there is a utility closet full of goodies just for you to use as an owner. Use, put it back, and take care of it and we will all get along just fine.

One of the great features of Garage Town Texas is the CLUBHOUSE! Not gonna lie it is pretty amazing and in my opinion way underutilized. A.C., BIG SCREEN T.V., wireless internet, fridge, microwave, bathrooms, couches, tables, the list goes on!
Just today I sat here working on a few projects while sipping on a beer while listening to music. Can’t go wrong with that!
