On January 9th at 2pm we are bringing out Overhead Garage Door Company to work on a few of our warehouse garage doors and keypads.
Recently we discovered a few of our key pads on the warehouses we own were not working. The reason is that the 9 volt battery had gone bad in the keypad. Once the battery goes, the key pad loses the combination. To regain use of your keypad, you must install a new battery as well as press a button on your door motor which is located at the top of your warehouse. After you have done that, you have 45 seconds to reprogram your keypad.
It can be a large task to say the least. If your pad has already gone bad, you can ask Overhead Door to assist you on the 9th at 2pm or if your battery is still good, you may want to swap it out with a fresh one.
